Mary Tiffin, LSW, MSW

Mary earned a master's degree in Social Work from Marywood University in Scranton, PA. She also has a degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University.
Mary has always been fascinated by human behavior and what motivates people to behave in specific ways. Because of this interest, she has specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (CBT & DBT). Mary is also certified in Trauma Training and Critical Incident Stress Management.
Mary is passionate about helping clients overcome challenges and getting "unstuck". Over the course of her 20-year career, she's worked in several different mental health settings, serving many different types of clients. She specializes in walking clients through the grief experience and helping clients manage symptoms of depression and anxiety.
In her free time, Mary enjoys reading, long walks, traveling, and painting with watercolors.
